WEEK TWO: EXECUTION

Hello, deadlings.

You really could have voted for anyone, but very noble of you to pick the culprit. Lucky you, the weekend "fun" isn't over just yet.

On Sunday morning, you'll soon hear a sound coming from the dock. There's a large ferry waiting for you, and even if you resist you'll eventually find yourself compelled to climb aboard and set off on a short voyage. The islands around you look fairly blurry, but you don't go very far before you stop at a slab of land with two large buildings stationed. You won't be able to look at the one on the right now, the one you've come to know as the trial bar. Instead, your feet navigate you to the building on the left as the door creaks open. On your way in, you notice some posters hung beside the door, advertising today's event.

Inside is a bar. It's pretty swanky in comparison to the others you've seen, tables and chairs arranged comfortably for everyone to have a seat and spread out however they'd like. The bar is fully stocked with all kinds of alcohol along with an arrangement of bar food for anyone who's feeling a bit peckish. At the head of the room, there appears to be a stage washed in red lights with a wide area for performances.

At a table in the corner all six demons are gathered around.

-Bloody Mary and Midori are seated together, staring intensely at the stage.
-Blue Hawaiian and Malibu Sunset are draped over each other, phones in hand and slightly covered by Cosmopolitan.
-Rosé is seated nearby, looking impatient.

As you find your seats and get yourself something to drink, darkness begins to fill the bar and a banner unfurls over the stage.

No matter where you look, you will find that Lavi is not amongst you. But there isn't time to look further before the lights dim and the curtains draw.

[I want to establish here that Lavi can actually kind of see what's going on in the general HUBBUB of the PEANUT GALLERY, but he doesn't pay attention for long. He can't -- not when Junhyeong's right there in front of him, expression dark. He looks at the shadow draped around him, then again at his own.

Taking action, Lavi? Even though it's against the rules?

he rolls his eyes at the words, then settles into a stance.]

Sorry, Gramps. What kinda guy would I be if I left a date hanging?

[anyway yeah he's absolutely gonna stand here and let Junhyeong take the first crack, sorry he's being a bottom on purpose]

I mean, I guess he was pointing the harpoon at me and telling me he was gonna do it and I was all like, fine, do it, but, yeah! Basically I was minding my own business!

[ he cant exactly hold it because he's got a broke ass arm and a harpoon through the other one so HE'S TRULY JUST CHILLIN'. it's fine. he's sulkily poking at the rope end of the harpoon while this happens. ]

[she tilts her head back. watches the stage populate, and then:]

He is standing rather than sitting again. Surprisingly, he has not left just yet, but it looks like he is desperately considering doing so. If only feralness would return to him on this day.]

[Glances at him with knowing disapproval.]

[ its ok he's using his Nerd Knowledge TM to make sure it's all rigged up in a way that he doesn't have to hold anything. a man is capable of many things. sometimes those things are taking care of gang members

[ just looks at him with amusement for a moment before turning his attention to (ryo falling out of his chair and then) the stage. ]

[She's on edge for obvious reasons. But she's also absolutely baffled by how fucking gay this is.]

They have to be doing that on purpose.

[They both seem to be taking this in stride, which is about what she expected after the end of the trial yesterday. But still, this is going to hurt and she knows it.

She glances over to Hunter and gives him a worried look. Will he be okay?]

[ anyway, updating this when Junhyeong appears on the stage and he just hisses through his teeth. ]

... I'm not sure if this is kind or cruel.
