The shape of the outer layer fits. And tacos can have anything in them. Breakfast tacos. Veggie tacos.
So it means whatever is inside a hotdog can be something inside a taco too. It has the same things, right? Meat, cheese, salsa, condiments.
It's not a sandwich, it's a taco.
