the red spots are like a smallish sized splatter. it's not a significant amount of it, but enough that it was probably not a baby cut. she can tell it's not strawberry syrup because since they're smaller and splattered, some of the spots dried a darker, reddish-brown color. there's a bit of red on the floor in the same area as well, but that one isn't dry yet... ]
