Ooh...too soon? Hm. Lighten up a little, gosh! Satan's grace has shined upon you and you have more opportunities to show just why you deserve an invite to the house party.

For those of you who slept in the dorm last night, when you make your way downstairs to head off for the day you'll be greeted with a new message on the white board in the common room.

But out the door you go for another busy week. At the dock, there's a ferry happily floating on the lava and waiting for you to climb aboard. While there are still several islands in your line of vision you can't quite see, it seems as though the ferry can now shuttle you between the college island, Hallow's Hollow, and a new location called Subnutica. Yeah. You heard us.

The nice thing is that your emotions seem to be in tact again. You feel a little recalibrated. You find that you're no longer struggling to understand why you're feeling the way you feel, but something still feels...off. It's hard to pinpoint what exactly it is, but it's as though a part of you is missing. Maybe eventually you'll discover that your sense of direction has disappeared. Or you've lost your ability to empathize with others (if you even had that to begin with). And even moreso, some of you may discover you've lost even more important things, such as your eyesight or your sense of touch. Various losses will persist throughout the whole week, but on occasion you may find you've regained what you initially lost and have lost something else instead.

It almost seems as though it's simply meant to be an annoyance.

there is a large ginger with a huge fucking two handed sword hovering around the petting pools. she's got the sword lifted, holding the handle with both hands, above her head and she's peering down into them. she's very still. she is waiting.

and then after a second she stabs the sword down very quickly, with a big splash, scaring every fish in the area.]

[ muffled, face still in the ground ]

My watch and I are getting reacquainted, unfortunately. [ rip ] Why're you on the ground...?

[ yoru gently pats gideon on the head with his tiny little hands.

and kon crouches down next to her, near her sword. ]

Hey, champ. Letting the earth reclaim you?

How good are you at eulogies? Everybody I've asked so far is bad.

[ yoru is baby he's just gonna sit down at her head and braid a tiny tiny braid in her hair while she lays there tbh ]

What is there to say of Gideon Nav? Stalwart and steadfast, a persevering memory for us to hold onto as she had burned so brightly amongst us in the dark. She was fierce and funny in spades, and today we must say farewell to her, burying her with her one true love - her sword. [ makes a half-assed sign of the cross over her body ] May the saints of all the stars and constellations bring you hope as they guide you out of the dark and into the light, on this voyage and the next. And all the journeys still to come. For now and evermore.

[Filbo chuckles when he sees her scare the fishes. It's...a little off, compared to his normal cheer, but before Gideon can know for sure about it, Filbo is already there, smiling at her brightly]

Kinda got overzealous there, Gideon! Come on, let's give it a try again, us both.

[The 'both' is a little emphasized. Still, after a pause, he adds:]

A-Ah...although I don't really have a sword. Or anything, really...you think reaching in will be enough? I mean, that's...probably not gonna scare anything, haha...

I feel as though you stick your big blue hand in there, it's going to also startle the fish. [she says slowly, but also like, she just throws her sword on the ground? it clatters. this is abhorrent behavior.]
