WEEK TWO - MINGLE
Rise and shine, little deadlings. Congratulations on not losing your head this weekend!
Ooh...too soon? Hm. Lighten up a little, gosh! Satan's grace has shined upon you and you have more opportunities to show just why you deserve an invite to the house party.
For those of you who slept in the dorm last night, when you make your way downstairs to head off for the day you'll be greeted with a new message on the white board in the common room.

But out the door you go for another busy week. At the dock, there's a ferry happily floating on the lava and waiting for you to climb aboard. While there are still several islands in your line of vision you can't quite see, it seems as though the ferry can now shuttle you between the college island, Hallow's Hollow, and a new location called Subnutica. Yeah. You heard us.
The nice thing is that your emotions seem to be in tact again. You feel a little recalibrated. You find that you're no longer struggling to understand why you're feeling the way you feel, but something still feels...off. It's hard to pinpoint what exactly it is, but it's as though a part of you is missing. Maybe eventually you'll discover that your sense of direction has disappeared. Or you've lost your ability to empathize with others (if you even had that to begin with). And even moreso, some of you may discover you've lost even more important things, such as your eyesight or your sense of touch. Various losses will persist throughout the whole week, but on occasion you may find you've regained what you initially lost and have lost something else instead.
It almost seems as though it's simply meant to be an annoyance.

The first one is difficult to see, as it looks like someone is taking a picture of the crack at the bottom of one of the dorm room doors. The view is partially blocked by the door itself, but juuuust enough of the room is visible to see a bright blue glittery sheen over just about everything. If you look closely, it looks like the room is covered in a mix of this and this.
The next picture is of Gideon, hand on the doorknob of one of the dorm room doors. The picture is taken from down the hall and at an odd angle, like someone is trying to take a picture without it being too obvious.
The third picture is at roughly the same angle, but now the door is open and Gideon is looking down the hall, mouth open like she is shouting.
The fourth and final picture is blurry and you can kind of see a shoulder at the bottom, but the important part is that Gideon is now running full-tilt at the person taking the pictures.

on this bright and sunny morning on monday, there are some strange sounds coming outside of gehenna university. when you come outside, you will see a very strange setup. namely, there are computer parts like, all over the place, and a container that smells like gasoline, as well as paper schematics and pens and a whole other mess, but more importantly
there is a build a bub sitting on the ground. it is wearing little backpack straps, and more importantly, attached to those backpack straps is some kind of…machine…it’s not very big, but it is definitely constructed out of an old cpu that’s been repurposed. it has on a tiny build a bub helmet also.
sitting a safe ways away from it with a keyboard in his lap is lu bixing. his personal device is on, reflecting a few screens and his phone is a little to the side, but he’s talking to his personal device - it looks like he’s making a recording. ]

SUSHI NIGHT
[there is an attached selfie of kuranosuke, who is still not dressed up and still has his hair tied up into a ponytail, making a peace sign at the camera; kon is also in the picture, hard at work making sushi rolls while yoru, decked out in a little sushi chef outfit from build-a-bub, looks on. kon is behind the bar counter, yoru is sitting on it, and kuranosuke is posing in front of it.

yes, it's still a bar, but they do seem to be making legitimate sushi - using actual sushi rice, nori, and everything! there's a small station set up near the bar counter for kon to put rolls together, and he's actually got the supplies he needs for it, too. thanks to the efforts of everyone who went fishing... they've got fish! the kitchens of the other restaurants have been raided for vegetables and so on for the rolls, but there are also ingredients that would go in various sushi rolls that don't appear to have come from those kitchens, and for side dishes like miso soup. huh, where'd that come from? don't worry about it.
kon can be seen briefly scanning the bar with his eyes narrowed over by where he's set up the sushi buffet at the counter, for whatever reason? but he is in fact here for this party that kuranosuke has put together. yoru is still dressed as a cute little sushi chef and waves at anyone who comes in to join them, chirping a hihi! as he does. he's had a very eventful day today, it seems.
kuranosuke is, right at the start, nowhere to be seen. who shows up late to their own party? rude. well, whatever.

MINI-EVENT
And you know, like, you're totally free to blow them off. You don't have to board the ferry and head to Subnutica to see what that's all about. But for those of you who are curious, when you deboard the ferry at the new island you'll find that a floating dock has been installed, big enough to hold every single one of you and a few different stalls. In the water are several rowboats, and in the lava flags wave to outline an obstacle course around the island itself.
On the fronts of the stalls are a variety of posters advertising for Satan's house party again. Each stall contains items such as paint, fabrics, sails, ropes, oars, chains, anchors, spiked metal balls, shields, swords, harpoons, and other items needed to fortify and decorate these boats. There's also a stand full of drinks! But these are all drinks from the bar on this island, unfortunately. Finally, above it all hangs another banner:
Team up or whatever, build up your vessel and set sail! Make it through the course and back in record time...if you dare.
It seems simple, doesn't it? But now you're in direct competition with each other. The path through the flags isn't that wide. You may have to bump each other out of the way to proceed. But be careful! In the lava itself you may run into obstacles such as tentacle-like limbs reaching up to crash into your boat and slow you down, bombs that explode at random, high winds that knock you off-course, and the figments of phantom boats ready to ram right into you and break your vessel apart. Not to mention, you know, whatever you guys decide to do to each other.

It stops just a few feet from shore, emitting a grinding, groaning sound. At the first grumble, a body(?) tumbles off over the railing, landing with a splash in the water.
The body rises to the surface, red hair bobbing, as the water around it turns dark and pink, most of it leeching from the numerous bright white shards riddled on the arm and shoulder. Otherwise, there's no movement, it just becomes one with the (artificial) sea.

Much like the first, the second body bobs up to the surface and starts to turn the water around it pink. Where is all of this blood coming from? Well, most of her normally-white clothes have been stained red, and there's trails of blood leaking out of every orifice on her face. She's also missing her shoes for some reason. hm.
She's not moving either. Her body just bobs in the water, moving along with the gentle waves of the artificial sea.
