Rise and shine, little deadlings. Congratulations on not losing your head this weekend!

Ooh...too soon? Hm. Lighten up a little, gosh! Satan's grace has shined upon you and you have more opportunities to show just why you deserve an invite to the house party.

For those of you who slept in the dorm last night, when you make your way downstairs to head off for the day you'll be greeted with a new message on the white board in the common room.

But out the door you go for another busy week. At the dock, there's a ferry happily floating on the lava and waiting for you to climb aboard. While there are still several islands in your line of vision you can't quite see, it seems as though the ferry can now shuttle you between the college island, Hallow's Hollow, and a new location called Subnutica. Yeah. You heard us.

The nice thing is that your emotions seem to be in tact again. You feel a little recalibrated. You find that you're no longer struggling to understand why you're feeling the way you feel, but something still feels...off. It's hard to pinpoint what exactly it is, but it's as though a part of you is missing. Maybe eventually you'll discover that your sense of direction has disappeared. Or you've lost your ability to empathize with others (if you even had that to begin with). And even moreso, some of you may discover you've lost even more important things, such as your eyesight or your sense of touch. Various losses will persist throughout the whole week, but on occasion you may find you've regained what you initially lost and have lost something else instead.

It almost seems as though it's simply meant to be an annoyance.

Likewise, you'll find that your personal demons' accounts are live and active and despite what some of them may say, their DMs are also open.

-This week's effect is loss! This one is a little more open-ended for you guys to play with! This can be anything from loss of senses, loss of certain emotions, loss of skills, loss of memories, loss of your mind, etc. If you're not sure, please feel free to ask! You do not have to stick with the same loss for the whole week! You can change it up as you see fit and/or for rule of funny.

zelgadis doesn't say a word, he just marches right into the water to reach for tuuri's body. if he can, he'll pull her to shore, picking her up when the water's shallow enough to walk while carrying her.]

[I just remembered she wears like 5 layers of wool clothes so good luck on dragging her she probably weighs a ton now with all the water weight.]

[It's hard to tell from all her layers of clothes, but given that her sleeves and chest are absolutely drenched with blood then it's a fair assumption that there might be wounds there. Which is odd, because her clothes don't look ripped at all?

Also, she's bleeding from the orifices on her face. All of them.

She also has a skeleton foot in her hands. It's fine.]

[She is breathing! But it's kind of shallow. Everything sucks and she'd like to nap for a month thanks.

[He'll tap the side of her cheek with his hand. It's not quite a slap, but it's quite insistent.]

[She grimaces a bit, but then she'll finally say something.]

[Filbo approaches too, far less alarmed this week than he would be any other week]

Hey, uh, Zelgadis, if you need help taking Tuuri anywhere after this I'm here.

[Once Zelgados has her on the beach, he kneels too, patting her face to try to rouse her up. Is that something that ever works? Hell if he knows]

Tuuri, hey...come on...mumble something at least...!

...no more skeletons...

Oh, okay, she's conscious!

[Filbo pats her face]

Don't worry, the only skeleton in the area is the one inside you!

[Said way too cheerfully, apparently not caring this is not the time for such comment...and then he sees the skeleton foot in her hands, so he pretty much tries to take that from her grip]

Uh--or that will be the only bones, once you let go of this, alright?

[Sorry she's holding onto that foot, she earned that by going through [redacted].]

This one's not a full skeleton, that's alright.

[He stops trying to wrench it from her]

Hey, can you stand up? Or need us to carry you?

[Try being the key word. As soon as she's on her feet, she's wobbling. Blood loss will do that to a person.]
